The Service operates via secure browser automation to connect to your freight exchange accounts. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant us access to these accounts.

Founding Member pricing is non-transferable and applies only to the original registrant's account. If a subscription lapses for more than 30 days, founding member pricing may be forfeited.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are as published on our pricing page at the time of subscription. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new subscribers, but existing subscribers will retain their agreed rate.
Founding Members are entitled to a 30-day money-back guarantee from their activation date. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. This guarantee applies once per User.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by Pulse Code Tech Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described therein.
You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell your data to third parties. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including freight exchanges, Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and email providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulse Code Tech Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow retrieval.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
